Dordogne holiday gîtes: "Le Cep"
Situated to the left of “La Vigne” a long Périgourdine farm-house, known as a " longère” has been divided into two self- contained apartments, La Treille and Le Cep, with independent entrances (communicating doors can be opened for large families or groups if required, offering accommodation for 4, 7 or 11 people).
Situated at the left hand end of the “longère” Le Cep has a separate entrance and car park from the other two “gîtes”. A stairway leads up to a vast (60m²) south-west facing terrace from which beautiful views over the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed. Across the terrace, the main door provides access to the very large and well illuminated living room with dining and lounge areas (with colour television). A Jotul wood burning stove is installed for chilly evenings.
An American-style fully fitted kitchen with four burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator and washing-up machine offer all the required comforts.
On the first floor, two large bedrooms each with two single beds (or doubles on request) accommodate the 4 persons for which this apartment is intended; a shower and washroom with separate toilet complete the equipment.
